Refund policy
At AuraJade, each piece is handcrafted with care and prepared individually before shipment. Because many of our items are handmade and some may be adjusted to fit the wrist size provided at checkout, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurajade.co@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized items, items ordered with incorrect wrist measurements provided by the customer, minor natural variations in color, texture, shape, or scent, or items showing signs of wear, water exposure, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery. Slight variations are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we will provide return shipping instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
